Affiliate Program Policy

Thank you for joining the Keynest Creation Affiliate Program. By participating in our affiliate program, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Eligibility
Anyone may apply to become an affiliate. We reserve the right to approve or reject any application at our sole discretion.
2. Commission
• Affiliates earn a 10% commission on each successful referral sale.
• Commission is calculated on the final order value after discounts and excluding taxes, shipping fees, and refunded amounts.
3. Cookie Duration
Our affiliate program uses a 30-day tracking cookie. If a customer makes a purchase within 30 days of clicking your affiliate link, you will receive the commission, provided the purchase qualifies.
4. Payment
Affiliate commissions become eligible after the order is successfully completed and any applicable return or refund period has expired.
Payments will only be made on approved commissions.
5. Prohibited Activities
Affiliates may not:
• Use spam or unsolicited emails.
• Misrepresent Keynest Creation or its products.
• Bid on our brand name in paid advertising without permission.
• Use misleading, fraudulent, or deceptive marketing practices.
• Create fake orders or attempt to manipulate commissions.
Violation of these rules may result in account suspension and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.
6. Refunds & Cancellations
No commission will be paid on refunded, canceled, disputed, or fraudulent orders. If a commission has already been credited for such an order, it may be deducted from future payments.
7. Program Changes
We reserve the right to modify commission rates, payment schedules, program rules, or terminate the affiliate program at any time without prior notice.
8. Account Termination
We may suspend or terminate any affiliate account found to be violating these terms or engaging in activities that may harm our brand or customers.
9. Limitation of Liability
Keynest Creation shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the affiliate program.
